Block robocalls & spam
We have partnered with Nomorobo to provide free robocall blocking to all Unlisted numbers. You must enable the feature for each of your numbers.
If you are using iOS version 2022.15 (from April 2022), you can enable spam blocking by:
- If you have multiple numbers, select the Unlisted number from the sidebar
- Open the number menu by tapping the gear icon in the top right corner
- Scroll down to Block robocalls and tap on it
- Toggle Enabled to On
If you are not using iOS, or if you are unable to upgrade to this version, you may contact our support team and we will enable it for your account.
Privacy
When enabled for an Unlisted number that receives a call, we will ask Nomorobo if the caller's number is a known robocaller or spammer. We only provide the caller's number to Nomorobo, not the number that they are calling (i.e. your Unlisted number).
False Positives (i.e. are you missing calls?)
On occasion, calls may be blocked by accident. This might especially happen if you receive calls from a dispatcher or other number that might be flagged for calling a lot of people in a short period of time. If this is the case, please consider leaving the setting disabled. We can also whitelist specific numbers so that you can leave the setting enabled in order to block the rest. For this, please contact our support team.
